chances are yes, im running a trust mouse made for a PC, most a the dedicated buttons wont work unless someone has made a proper driver for mac for the mouse, but it should work, even via wireless

My G7 is rather sporadic. Sometimes it is seen as a generic Logitech mouse, sometimes not showing up at all. My MX Revolution is rock solid though but that is to be expected as it is advertised to support OS X.
